) and random stuff etc keep balance and gain momentum for kicks be real, look realistic.
if you cant get up then try to attack or do a jump and land on your feet after that. and relax more. Tip on jumps: When you are jumping Raise your shoulders, then the moment you leave the ground lower them and you will go higher. and use Lumbar, Chest, Glutes and Knees to keep balance. Try rotating your chest more to get momentum for kicks or punches. Extend your ankles to go higher in jumps.
and try to run after you run together, like literally run to get momentum. Sloppy and bad 1.9/10. You might want to consider joining RSO as a student
