So as the title says. I'm looking for a trainer. I would really like to learn how to spar. I can move around some what but it's not the best and needs work. I can also throw some good punchs and some nice kicks but again needs work. So if you can spar well and you would like to train someone then please help me out.

Check the replay boards, find someone who does spars and Pm and ask them to teach you.
