Mapping is terribad. drawing itself is somewhat decent. 4/10 though due to the digusting appearance on a sphere.

But is it supposed to be whole head?
If so, then your mapping is awful. the whole detailed area is too low. IT will mostly be covered with the neck joint.
Move the whole thing higher and it might look good.
