Hi i'm ninefiveo ive been using gimp and everything and making head textures but they dont work they're spheres and everything so what do i do

To upload head textures to your head texture item, all you need to do is upload the flat image.

And to upload the flat image you just go to shop, deactivated(or if you have it on, activated) and click on edit on the head texture item. Then the rest is pretty self explanitory.

Some file formats don't upload, and your picture should be 128x128 if normal head tex, 256x256 or 512x512 for those that state they are.

You've successfully uploaded your head texture.
