It's spelt marketeer.

This head looks like it could have been made in paint, there is no detail so the color sticls out a lot.

It's cool, nice idea, but it hasn't any details.

I'm not an art expert but I think you should add some shading, the monocle could be linked to somekind of chain and you should add there something, because it looks so empty like somekind of colour to hat.
