To activate your items:
Go to 'Shop', located under the forum banner.
After that, scroll down under the 'Inventory' sub-title, where you will see links for your Activated, Deactivated, Market items, and Textures.
Click on 'Deactivated'. After clicking that, your deactivated items will show. Click the [Activate] link next to the item you want to activate, and there you have it.
