Too big. It leaves the left side empty and boring. I find the clipping mask distracting, as well as the light spots. Could use some work on lighting, depth and flow.
The copies of them on the side could be a nice concept if they didn't look happy. Something about separation and all that. They're just distracting as is. Black background is boring, lighting, depth, flow, etc..
Why did you blur the top of his hood? Same as the others pretty much.

Also, I didn't mention it but they all need to have better blending. The third one isn't bad in the blending department.
