Every time I enter the multiplayer lobby it's empty, almost like I have no internet connection. I've checked all the routers and everything seems to be up to par, and I've restarted both the routers and the computer itself twice. I doubt it's a firewall problem since I've never had this issue before. I've also reinstalled Toribash just in case.

try reinstalling toribash that should work

It sometimes happens to me, I just wait 5-10 mins and it goes back to normal.

3.99. I downloaded it straight from the website, and when I reinstalled it this afternoon I did the same thing. It's gotta be up to date

You could try installing an earlier version of toribash, and seeing if that helps at all.

No, I'm using Windows XP. My brother installed this thing called hamachi for his minecraft a few days ago and I'm pretty confident that's the problem now that I think about it, but I've deactivated it and I still can't see any servers in the lobby.

Free Play>Press 'Enter'>Type "/jo <insert server name here>

Then tell me what happens.
I am almost 100% that it'll drop you a socket error.
