Okay... i've tried nearly everything (i think, i hope not). Yes, my Graphics card is updated. Yes, i have everything needed to play downloaded, i just don't know what else i can do. e_e

Please make sure that your visual C++ framework is up to date.

If you realize that it's not, download the latest version for your system and restart your computer.

After doing so, you must update your graphics card drivers (I realize you said you already did it, but it's always a possibility that you updated incorrectly).

Thanks for the help, but i already have all of that. At least i think so. I already read that thread... and it wasn't of much help, at least not for my problem. Could someone help me out? :X I bet some people might have had this same problem...
