How to you download mods off of the forums?
Everytime I try to download a mod from the forums, it says all this information about it. Here's an example:

This is just an example. I already know this mod can be found in the game.

When you attempt to download the file, you should get the normal dialog box. What browser are you using? Chances are, you've somehow set your browser to automatically attempt to open files with the .tbm extension. You may want to try checking your browser download settings.
