I'm not completely sure on the percentage you're allowed to have transparent, but, yes, mainly/fully transparent textures are banned.

iirc 50-65% of the texture must be visible.

70% Allowed, more then that isn't allowed.

As long as the textures aren't more transparent than they are visible, you're fine.
