Well first off, Ben is not the only one in charge of it. All the art mods are. Secondly, we haven't really seen any art worthy of posting. We aren't just going to post "close enough" content everyday, we have a standard and we will keep it.

Its "art of the day"
not "il post something every day"
if i/other mods see something i/they like/think is good, then they will post it.
if someone PMs them, suggesting they post something, and they like it/think its good, then they will post it. After all, we cant see every piece of art on the forum.

if they dont see or recieve anything decent, then nothing gets posted.

if it has been 4 days since the last post, then i obviously havent seen anything worthwhile in the past 3 days.
