I'll try to help you just because you said you were insired by me.
In a run, first you need to lean forwards, if you just directly take a step, the startup will be slow. You can lean forward by using your legs, ankles etc.
You also have brace your arms so they wont ruin your balance.
While running, try to use your pecs, glutes and lumbar for balance. Pecs+Lumbar+Glutes=Balance.
Also pec/leg movement timing is really important because it really improves the run and makes it look more realistic.

And if all of these do not work, video tape yourself walking in real life and watch which joints you move etc. All you need is practise.
