Need help for this problem!

Perhaps the games you were playing we're too short (therefore being invalid) ?

The maximum amount of games you can get qi and TC for everyday is 100 games (see here for more information).

When confronted with this problem, waiting a bit usually fixes this issue.

Seeing as you have over 100 qi, I'm guessing you waited until it was fixed.

I actually went to the city to see what was wrong with my other laptop and came back to see that this problem was fixed, but yes it is fixed now.
