Well the shading is great. But the eyebrows look kind of awkward. I think they can use a bit more black in them. Just a wee bit, so you can tell it matches her hair.

The hair could be a bit more fabulous, but that's just me.

Also, I agree with Cerro, the left side of her lip (it's on the right in our view) could use some work.

Well as I said before she's beautiful, but what she's missing is color, true color. All this has is a pretty face and hair. I know you want to base it off of a person in real life, but I recommend adding a few bright colors (maybe a hairpin or a little colorful accessory on the glasses).
