ok so basicly I was playing with a friend when we both noticed my rank was 1337 so I checked forums but I did not get the achivement, why is this?

I don't think the rank "1337" is from ingame. But your usercard rank

The rank is at the top right. Right now, your rank is 3979.

The ingame rank is your global rank.

oh, so what is the difference bolty? Is there two different ranks depending on ingame and on the forum?

The one on your usercard is your usercard rank, which follows the old system of ranking.

The one ingame is your global rank.
