This is a wip (only did the syncing part, effects and fancy intro/outro are yet to be done.)
Software used: Adobe After Effects CS4 (no plugins or the likes)
Song: Jusmi (or daddycat) - Recoil.
Also low quality because I'm too lazy to upload the HD one.
Edit: I seriously need to figure out how to upload a video without having it split to two parts one with music and one without.

I'm using After Effects, I could show you some things about the video splitting.

Considering this is a sync test, all I can say is that it's decent. You know how to do it, but it could be better. Just a wee bit.

Other than that, great job. Add some blurs or shakes. No color spam, but simple and small additions. 8/10.

You could've speeded up the replays abit more and added some CC's.
An easy way to add Color Corrections is to make a new adjustment layer>Add color curves> make some sort of S looking figure on all or just mess around with them> add glow>there you go.

Hm... I don't know if it's just me, but I think it looks better without CC.
Maybe add some shaking effects, and some random color changes for just like .5 seconds.
Considering it is just a WIP, I give it 9/10
If this was final, I would say 6.5/10

I liked it, but a major problem I saw was that the song was fast paced, and most of the video was in slow motion, and it's rather noticeable.
The sync was good, I liked how you sometimes synced the ending of the replays instead of the hits.

Try not to change the slow motion speeds within replays. One example, the second replay with leilak. It looked strange when it suddenly slowed down in the middle of the shot.

Note: Above statement is not true in all situations >_> It may look good in certain areas, such as slowing down right before a hit or something, but changing speeds just to get sync makes it look like an amateur video.
