Klux was spamming, and double accounting, Spamming was getting really annoying, so I am reporting him

Edit: spoke to Klux, and apparently, there was a user named 'Kiux' in the server, which made it look like it was multiclienting. The obsessive caps was just their way of conversing, but I don't think he'll do it anymore.
