Did you just color a sketch off the internet? If so it's not impressive at all, in fact it's quite lazy. You also need to provide the original sketch to credit the original artist who did the sketch.
As far as the color and shading goes, it's really bad, the color scheme is very random and ugly, the shading is no where near to cell shading, or normal shading for that matter.
I suggest practicing sketching before you move on to shading and coloring.

You don't need an example. Practice coming up with your own sketches. Look at tutorials, and whatnot. There are tons of them on the internet. The colors would have looked better if they were more natural too, light tones of reds, browns, yellows, etc. Green hair and a purple shirt is extremely ugly.
