You hold to much avoid pressing C dude it looks very jerky because of that.
when you hit dont just whack someone with your forearm try to relax the elbow so it is about halfway bent. It looks better when hitting.
when you kicked you extend your knee refrain from doing that,
try to do a more relaxed state.
Again try to relax man. Don't keep pressing C
