Well if this were the case then you should tell who ever he "hacked" to report the issue. But in this situation it seems like he was just being a goof-ball.

I'll wait until a GM checks into this before closing it though...

The person you're reporting was probably being a gigantic idiot.

You have no idea how many people say that they can/will hack (see: link8), it's ridiculous.
