It looks cool, but the headband is way too wide in the center. It should be the smallest at where the ears are, if you understand what I mean. It looks like the headband would map weirdly. Other than that it looks cool

The hair and headband aren't mapped very well.
I have a tutorial on helping people map heads on toribash. It isn't perfect, as there is a slight difference in the way photoshop makes spheres and how they are on toribash(the top/bottom of the head will come out squiggly, everything else should be fine.)

i think the red head band should be a little bit triangular basing from your avatar
and also needs a little bit more shadows just a little and try using GIMP or Photoshop
to make your lines smoother..looks too sharp
