This is my second head please critic it the best you can. I am trying to become a good art/texture designer because I like the way it looks.

try Using GIMP or photoshop.. and if u used them into making that head.
Try using paths to make your strokes smoother ..and if u dont know how to do things like that
just experiment with GIMP or PS and tutorials
