I love the head. What quality was it made and displayed in??
And I don't think you should add a mouth, it looks great like this.
If you did add a mouth, I think you would have to change the eyes or he would look drunk, but maybe that's what your going for.

Agreed, if you're trying to have an open mouth or have him smile.
He looks like a sad ninja, not sure how the mouth would go with that kind of style. Maybe just a sad face :(
