im used to relaxing and holding by clicking on the joint
for example i click on my shoulder i can only contract and extend i cant relax or hold
i can only do it by pressing c and it cause alot of problems

To fix the issue, hit Escape, Setup, Options, and then change the field next to "Mouse Buttons" to 1.

Alternatively you could press 'x' on a joint
