All of my textures are activated but only the head texture is visible in-game. Have deactivated/activated them, tried 4.2beta but nothing's worked thus far.

Any help/answers for this issue?

To resolve the issue:

Escape << Setup << Options << Advanced << Enable (apply a check to) Body Textures.
