Also a feather cap would look good.

looks pretty great
some shape and proportion issues (mainly dem ears)
the texture overlay could be softened a bit, stands out a bit too much/too obvious, tone that down a bit
but the drawing work is way better than your prev stuff, still alot of room for improvement on the technique

Well anyway, its a great head 9/10 but i think you should add some more wrinkles at the top, it looks bald and empty up there on the forehead part.
