And specifically give me some tips on shading cuz i personally think i cud use some work.

the face is sitting very low on the sphere, lift it up a bit, or alot

can i see ingame pics or spinny?

The edges seem pretty sharp. Try a softer brush?

Is this HQ quality ?

From the flat it's really looking good.
Would like to see how it looks in-game to see exactly what could be changed. From the flat I agree with Scoot, some of the edges are sharp and a softer brush would make it look a bit better.
Really love the crack in the head.
