The head is really nice except for the eyes. they seem to be too bright compared to the other shadows.
I did a little experiment with that head. You can compare these two and see how the shadow under the eyebrow and on the eye gives it more depth.
Really nice head nonetheless. The mapping looks ok from the ingame pic. 8/10

Yeah, you're totally right - I did not focused on them, since it was the last thing I shaded in these head.
