It happened after system restore, and now its like this, no its not my graphics drivers it was fine then it screwed up, Ideas?

That would be an indication that you need to update your graphics card drivers, actually.

Depending on your OS, it can also be something with graphics acceleration, but that's unlikely.

When you system restored, your computer probably went back to a previous/default version of your graphics card.

It could be a simple case of the graphics driver being set to high performance mode rather than high quality, thus making the visuals look a bit crappy. Though that normally makes the text look a lot worse than it is on that screen shot.
