emhh, so you can also try to install new version on java. mayba thaw will help.

My java is auto-updating everyday, now it's the latest version.
I think it's just a site glitch, it's just don't want to get out of there.

Have you tried clicking that help button on the menu bar, clicking connect, and maybe asking one of the staff?

I'm banned from support, also this is a system problem that should be fixed.
