I complete several surveys / download the things, and I check how much TC I have and I have none..

Yeah, the surveys typically don't work. I wouldn't expect to get much from them. Certainly don't expect to be given the TC the survey promised you from the staff because that won't happen.

Surveys aren't run or managed by us, they're handled by a 3rd party.

To get help/yell at them:
Go to the surveys page, click the orange "get help" button. You have 14 days to complain at them before the ones you've done vanish from their records. All the surveys you've done will be listed on there, you'll have to complain about each one individually.



And yeah, they can be pretty crappy. Certain things will cause an instant fuckup, eg popup blockers, advert blockers, certain browsers (they generally only like Internet Explorer)... Generally I'd say to not bother with them, hardly worth the effort to do things by their rules.
