Also, how often are they held since I notice most of them weren't all that recent.

The Support board isn't the place to drop random questions.

If you're talking about this, it's not hosted by anyone.

It's an automated lottery system.

It hasn't been used in a while, but that may be due to change.

I was, so, it just happens automaticly? I also saw a few asked for entry fees, well, who collects it? That's why I asked who hosts them.

Also, what changes? Will it ever be back up?

If you look at the lottery page, it says they are all already one.
So, I'm guessing it's finished for good. :/

Primarily, the Marketeers are the ones who handle & run lotteries.

New lotteries will be available when they deem it to be an appropriate time to do so.
