The BackFlip had no sense... It's just a backflip.

The Sparring one (Should be named Tricking), was a bit nice, but you was stiff and in the last frames you was twitchy. SO .-.

Tips: Always figh relaxed. Dont move a lot of joints at the same time. For spar I know a running starter were you must run relaxed, fight relaxed and ending pose relaxed.

This is for tricking so he stays smooth and it looks more realistic but in some cases you will have to move alot. in Aikido i fight in a weird style. I set up my starter. on the next frame i relax all and move 1 joint. next frame i relax again and move joints again. ( this is so in one frame my arm goes streching out of the ring then i cant do anything about it because i left it there.

Piee, your replays were okay for your first.
Nothing special for your first one.
The next one was better, like Pat said, you were twitchy in last few frames.

Move a lot of joints at the same time was okay but don't make your body stiff cuz of it.
For tricking, yea, don't move a lot at the same time. It will make your body stiff and you will not get a smooth movement.
