I don't know if this is the correct place to post this..but its aimed at new people and hopefully make it a little easier introducing them into the world of Toribash textures!

Hello there ToriBashers!

Well I wanted to give something small to the community to help you new players out! As I know I didn't have much help when I first started out.

I always got confused with the default template so I decided to make a new one from scratch..which I do personally use myself as I do find it somewhat easier.

Its only one template, but comes in 512x512, 256x256 and of course 128x128 sizes, also just for the sake of it..in 6 different colors!

Just to stay by the rules..this GIF was made through GIMP/Photoshop CS5,

These look really helpful, it shows where to properly place the eyes and ears and whatnot, but I feel like you missed something. Maybe adding 1024x512 templates as well, so they can play around with these templates without worrying how to map them correctly. Once they resize the textures to 512x512 or their respective sizes, they'll look right in-game.

Great templates, I'm sure these will help out a lot of people in the community.
