It seems like the eyes are a bit far apart, but other than that it's pretty nice.

One eye between the eyes, and the eyebrows would be too close it the eye were just a bit closer.

Corrected the left pupil.

Nice job with the colors and shading.
But Naruto doesn't have that long hair. The hair really doesn't go over the headband.
And eyes look slightly <_>
And I'd prefer if the konoha metal plate would be straight.

I will correct this later probably, the distortion makes it be that way.

I think that the face is so big... Anyway, this is a pretty good naruto, the rest still great, expect the hair on the front, you should can make another bangs on the front.
