Update your graphics driver. Or those are probably GUI textures.

Hmm what exactly did you buy? The picture seems like a Gui texture. Other than that drivers would be my next bet. If your not sure of a driver to download try Nvidia. Seems to work best for most. If none of the above worked out their must be a problem with the cp itself. Are any other games running funny?

I have a pretty bad graphic card, the game was runnig perfect but when i bougth the items it was like that! the stuff that i bougth was this:Chronos DQ, Orc User Text.

EDIT: all the game looks like that so idk if it is the GUI, the is just the inicial part?

Does it work if you deactivate those items?
