Is this your first video? I thought it was okay.
Also, I think you need permission to use thoughs replays.
The effects of the video were okay, and the sync was kind of bad.
I suggest zooming in the clip or using a registered screen recorder so you don't see a watermark/logo at the top.
It would look a lot better if you used keyframing when recording.

The replay with largekilla should be sync with music's hits. You should /opt blood 0 and /opt bloodstains 0 on some parts to avoid useless blood. In Sony vegas pro, use ALT when you change a video sequence's lang, thats change the speed at same time, its easier to make a good sync.

Also, along with their suggestions I would advise you to use maximum quality when making toribash vids and using replays that you have the rights to.
