hmm.. well, it was okay. it's okay for a beginner, but definitely needs improvement. try not to rush your frames, make it smoothly, and if you want it to look really well-animated, try to make every joint move in an animation. just move it slightly, slowly, and in the end, it'll look smooth. if you need .stks or .pivs i can show you some. i'm an expert, and THE pivot king xD

1. More frames.
2. Less movement each frame.
3. Speed it up.

The 3 basic rules for making smooth animation.

Also, try to look at people running and doing things and make the animation look natural...

I think you should close this shop until you get better...

i will like one where a man goes on a elethant the a man comes be hind him shootes a boozoca at the mans head it pops of then the man jumps of elthant and chops the other persons head of with a sword
