Not sure when you used twixtor, but if you're trying to use it in it's real purpose I suggest recording in a higher fps. Since sony vegas has a limit as to how fast you can speed things up, recording only the sections where you want to twixtor in a high fps (60 fps IN toribash too). If you decide to use magic bullet looks, humper gave me this sweetass color correction pack he made, and I could send it to you if you need. Just be sure to use CC that matches the shader you use.
I genuinely like this, there aren't any stupid overlays everybody likes to use, it's simple, and reminds me a lot of the older toribash videos that I really like (ahem, boragoom/vate)

You definitely needed some color correction in there, and get rid of the big black bars at the top and bottom. As Slycooper said, the intro and outro were too long, and use magic bullet for color correction, and yes, it is for Vegas Pro. Nice job for a first vid though.

The part of the video that was actually a video was nice, but the picture at the beginning and end bored me. Good job though!
