It looks like there is a drop shadow behind the text, which doesn't fit well with the reflection.

But it looks shiny and cool

thats what i was aiming for and its glow. I kinda see how that looks like shadow i failed.

I'd suggest you to reduce the glow. Other than that, it's quite nice.

Oh, and just noticed that the S looks really sharp and dark compared to the other letters.

Yeah, reduce the glow because the 'nb' part looks quite weird.

seperate the letter "a" and "i" or combine them

can i ask are you using a font style?
If yes what?
