Can someone tell me what this error means?
I have tried using other versions of the game, and I still get the same thing.


* Failed to connect to lobby (IP address) socket wsa error 10060*

It's a general problem lots of people have been having. It's the inability to connect to a server since you're unable to get the packets. Lots of people have been complaining about the server failures when they fail to realize that it's not the servers, it's the inability of their ISP to send and receive packets.

It's a timeout error, means your client didn't get the info it wanted within the timeframe it expected.

Either your ISP is being crap, or has some annoying traffic shaping, or there's something on your pc bottlenecking the traffic. Make sure that there's no firewalls blocking the game, and that your AV software isn't controlling what it allows to have net access.

I wasn't blaming the servers/game in anyway. I figured it was a 3rd party problem.
