When I create a server and then set a password, no one can send whispers to anyone in the server unless they are op'd.

The same thing happens with the /pass command. They enter it and nothing happens.

edit: We tested it with the server being public and whispers are sending just fine.

edit2: Started happening early yesterday I should also add, first time I've ever run into this problem.

edit3: Setting an owner does not work either.

Gonna go ahead and bump this since it hasn't been fixed yet.

I've set owner pass today, everything worked fine.
Maybe you're using an old client or something?

Using 4.31, and I've had several people make their own servers with passwords and it's not working for them either.

All the commands work fine until you password the server and new players or yourself rejoins the server.
