I've viewed both and its seems to have been a communication error.
"3 rounds" "3 wins",its seems this was the issue.
However, according to the screenshots:
Final round was stated and Mateusmeus seems to understand by saying "okay" and then stating he would send etc.
It was a simple case of miscommunication however,XReD654 seems to have viable proof that a)Mateusmeus understood the final round and b)Mateusmeus said he was sending etc.
