Honestly, It still looks good without the details and all. I liked the simplicity. Overall it is a good head.

I think it looks weird and creepy. Eyes are a bit too big, nouse and mouth (especially mouth) is too small... I think it would be better, if you fixed mouth and nose and added more detail to eyes, hair and generally everything.
