ok most of this week ive had bad luck losing like 20\25 games i havn't had this happen before my rank was 7k and now its 24k which is kinda embarassing because im not that bad im a blue belt and im worried i wont be able to get my rank down again can i please have some tips.

The rank system says nothing at all. Don't worry about a low rank, I've seen really good players owning me when their rank was much worse than mine. Just play, be happy if you are in the top 10 (even I was once rank 3), but ignore your rank mostly.
