I can recall at least 2 occasions where I sent him a valid PM (by my understanding). He never replied on both occasions.

I talk to hampa quite a bit, and one of the first few times that I was talking to him, he said not to send him a PM, he has enough, he has to go through a lot every day. He reads them just doesn't reply back to them. So don't think your word isn't getting out there. I wouldn't see any reason to pm hampus unless it was to work for nabi as a developer, and for that you would go through his email which can be found on the nabistudios website... So yeah, no use in pm'ing him for something, better to pm an admin/smod depending on the situation.
