A work in progress. Was trying to see how much I knew about anatomy so I didn't use a reference on this one so its a bit off. After this I figured out I definitly need to draw more hands and legs.

The body looks very good, but like u said hands are not that good ;). im sure u will fix that well.

shoulder/bicep/triceps and lower arm look too small for the chest imo. hands do look weird indeed, rest is good tho

I kinda liked the original version as well.

Great job man, some of your artist really catch me off guard with your arts this is almost perfect but not a really big fan of the left hand, the one without the glove. You should put more work into making it look more noticeable. Because to me it looks like a smudge or something you don't care much about.

you really need to fix the arms. They are kinda bowed... bow armed...
shorten the forearms and make the tops a lot bigger.
tip... the length of the hand and forearm is around the same length as the thigh. (knee to pelvis)

It's good.
Same, do something with the hands.
And also it looks like he is scratching his balls.

The left arm is much much better - which i can't say about the right one... xd
But still good idea with cutting it off.
