Secondly, unless things have changed recently, playing with alts in beginner servers is not against the rules. In some cases GMs will step in and remove the player, but it isn't really report worthy. However if you think he is farming, spamming and being generally abusive to a high enough degree then I'd send a PM as I mentioned above.
