I have a question, where is the farming in this?

If its a private server and they have the same ip's they won't get qi anyways. So it isn't really farming.

They aren't alts.

Qi isn't accumulated on private servers when both accounts hold the same IP address.

In the future, report such issues/accusations to a GM. A list of online GMs can be found at the bottom of the main forum (their names are bolded, dark blue.)
